You can always:

  • ask us for a copy of the information we have about you;
  • ask us to update the information we have about you;
  • ask us to delete the information we have about you; or
  • ask us questions about how we use your information.

We will always:

  • follow the law on how we keep and use the information we have about you.

We will never:

  • give the information we have about you to anyone else, unless:
    • you tell us we can;
    • we think that doing so will protect you from harm; or
    • the law says we have to (e.g. to prevent a crime).
  • use the information you have given us to sell you anything, unless you have told us we can.

We do our best to keep your information safe and private, and will only use your information when the law allows us to. Because privacy rules can be complicated, we have tried to simplify things for you below to help you to understand what information we collect about you, how and why we use it, and your rights relating to your information. We hope that this will help you, but if you have any questions please contact us at [email protected]. You can also read our full Privacy Policy, and you should speak to your parent or guardian if you are unsure about any of the information below.

Please be aware that sometimes we may update our privacy policy, that way we can let you know of any changes to the way in which we use your information or where there are changes in law. From time to time, you should check back and look at this document to make sure you are aware of any changes. When we make any important changes to this policy, or the Terms of Service, we will notify you.

There are a few different types of information we might collect, depending on how you use our site. We might collect:

Some of this information is stored in cookies (tiny files downloaded onto your computer or mobile phone) that operate on our site. For more information about cookies, how they work and the ones we use on our site, please see our Cookies Policy.

We get your personal information from you. We do this when you create an account on our service.

We use the information about you:

We will keep your information only for as long as we need it or for as long as the law requires.

We may share your information if we sell our business, or we buy or work with another business.

For this reason, it is important that you do not put any personal information in your display name. For more information, please read the Terms of Service.

We have put measures in place to protect your information and keep it safe, and to make sure that anyone who works with us keeps your information safe. We will act quickly if we become aware that your information is not safe.

If you are unhappy about the way that we are using your information, you can make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO, so please contact us first.
